The judges order attached here includes:

    Judges writes he has and he does not waive immunity against all actions. Albeit in this his ministerial duty of complying with statutes and constitution(s) he has very limited immunity if he fails to follow the law.
    For a process server to maintain their presence on the list they have to swear under oath they will not speak badly about the judge or his staff at any time.
    Requires all returns to be notarized regardless of Florida law not requiring notarization
    Takes jurisdiction over the process server of all process served including federal
